1. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (SENIOR POSITION)
(KUALA LUMPUR - KLANG VALLEY)
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Computer Sciences or any related.
Min 3 year experience, Strong Software programming skills (PHP, MySQL, Apache, /JAVA,/.NET, Visual C++, VB)
Responsibilities:
Software application and automation development.
Database management (Oracle database, MySQL database).
Web development (PHP, Apache, and MySQL).
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
(KUALA LUMPUR - KLANG VALLEY)
Requirements:
Degree in IT/ computer science.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Experience and hands-on ability to identify and address incidents related to incorrect operation of LANs/WANs.
Knowledge of CISCO devices, preferably CISCO CCNA or higher certificate.
Preferably knowledge of telephone communication technologies (PBX, VoIP, mobile telephone communications, ADSL).
Willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
Support Internal Systems.
Assists in supporting connectivity for applications; internal servers, user desktops.
Assists with basic troubleshooting between network, server and desktop components.
Helps install network equipment.
Help Desk Administration.
Helps answer all trouble calls/emails- including ticket resolution documentation.
Assists in the administration and maintenance of data network monitoring tools.
Interacts with internal clients to resolve help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
Assists with the inventory management of data network hardware.
Assists with the specification of hardware and other IT supplies such as patch cable, panels, fiber, etc.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, HR Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the IT industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
Good track record in matching ICT candidates skills and experiences to project requirements.
Project Management experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur and required to travel within the country regularly on short business trips.
Responsibilities:
Perform ICT manpower sourcing and recruitments.
Conduct technical interviews.
Manage and lead outsource personnel.
Contribute strongly to identifying and capturing new outsource business opportunities.
Generate technical and business proposals.
Manage existing clients and contracts including billings and receivables.
